The Ryan White Planning Council (RWPC) oversees a plan for the distribution of emergency financial assistance for health and social services to persons living with HIV and AIDS. The work is performed largely though committee structure by volunteers with a wide array of expertise in health, finance, business and social services. Committee candidates come from the membership of the RWPC, health and social service providers, and individuals including HIV positive persons interested in HIV service delivery. The Chairperson of the RWPC appoints members to committees. Unless otherwise advertised, all committee meetings meet monthly in the Dallas County Health & Human Services building - Hickman Conference Room (Rm. 222) at 2377 N. Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75207.
