executive committee:
Meets on the first Monday of each month at 4:00 PM.

The Committee:

- insures the orderly and integrated progression of work performed by the committees of the Council.

- Includes a membership of the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Council and the Chairs of each standing committee.
nominations committee: Meets on the first Monday of each month, following the Executive Committee meeting, when or as vacancies occur on the Planning Council.

The Committee:

- in collaboration with the Chief Elected Official (CEO), oversees an open nominations process,

- is chaired by the Chairperson of the Council, and

- includes a membership of: a representative of the CEO’s office, a representative from the Administrative Agency, the Vice-Chairperson of the Council and the Chairs of each standing committee.
