The Committee:
Meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

- provides direction for the overall planning activities of the RWPC,

- determines a process to identify the needs and barriers to care for individuals affected by HIV disease,

- categorically prioritizes those service needs,

- develops and/or contracts for a current comprehensive HIV services plan to implement the priority goals approved by the RWPC.
