This website DOES NOT accept requests to be excused, disqualified or exempt. Once your submission has been successfully rescheduled, you will receive a postcard notifying you of your new appearance date. Please do not appear until you receive your postcard.
Potential jurors may submit a rescheduling request form online, filling in information from the jury summons they received. Please have your jury summons in front of you to continue with the Jury Services Postponement Request Form.
