Time and attendance records are pulled biweekly after department sign off and updated within the Oracle Payroll Module.  Various audit procedures are performed such as reviewing employees with excessive leave time for policy conformance regarding FMLA, employees on Military leave, terminating employees for proper pay outs, and changes to personnel including new hires, promotions, demotions, and transfers.

Various reports have been developed as management tools to highlight trends, costs, and abuse.  Details supporting the reports may be reviewed  in Kronos.  All reports are available by employee, upon request.
