Vision 4: Dallas County will Proactively Address Critical Regional Issues

Dallas County is the 4th largest metropolitan region in the country, growing by an estimated 1 million people every 7 years. The growth in population is evident in places like communities and economic development however, it is most evident on the roadways.

Transportation is on the forefront of issues being addressed by Dallas County Commissioners to improve air quality and mobility for residents. In accordance with Strategy 4.2, below is a list of current projects Dallas County, in conjunction with cities, have launched to improve roadways.
