George L. Allen, Sr. Civil Courts Building Expansion/Renovation

This building houses the Civil & Family District Courts, District Cler’s Office, Child Support Office, 5th District Court of Appeals, a Law Library, the Central Jury Room and the County Courts at Law.

New Tower Expansion Cost:  $39 million 9 stories - 200,000 square feet. Completed:  Spring 2006

Existing Building Renovations Cost:  $3 million.
