Description:
Intersection improvements over and around the Dallas Parkway.

Cost and Funding:
The costs of the project is unknown at this time, as the scope or plan has not been fully developed.  Funding commitments of $4,190,875 include $838,174 from Dallas County and $3,352,701 from the City of Dallas.

Current Status:
The City of Dallas and the Town of Addison are continuing to study the area and the options.  More funding is necessary and will have to be identified as well.

Keller Springs Intersection

Description:
Intersection improvements for Keller Springs @ Addison Road.

Cost and Funding:
The project is expected to cost $1,000,000 at this time.  Dallas County and the Town of Addison have each committed $300,000 towards the project.

Current Status:
The Town of Addison is overseeing this project, with design of the same having been completed.

Addison Multimodal Connectivity Improvements (Vitrivian)
Arapaho Road to Le Lacs Trail Extension

Description:
Vitruvian Park development improvements that include 5 segments:
-Spring Valley Road
-Redding Trail
-Vitruvian Trail
-Vitruvian bridges
-Brookhaven Trail connection

Cost and Funding:
The cost of all segments (excluding the Brookhaven Trail connection) was $7,130,000 with the County providing $2,130,000 and the City and others providing the remainder.

Current Status:
The Town of Addison completed all of the trail segments (excluding the Brookhaven Trail connection).  The construction of the Brookhaven Trail project is expected to begin in the Fall 2013.

Arapaho Road to LeLacs Trail Extension

Desciption:
A connection from the existing LeLacs Trail aka Redding Trail over Belt Line Road. It is unknown at this time if the trail extension will go above or beneath Belt Line, or if it will be rerouted to the nearest intersection. The Town is continuing to explore all options.

Cost and Funding:
The projected cost are undetermined at this time, pending the Town’s further study of the area.  Funding commitments include $237,100 by Dallas County and $237,100 by the Town of Addison.

Current Status:
The Town of Addison continues to explore options for the best connection.
