Yes,and forms can be downloaded (English and Spanish) from the web site and filled out before you come to decrease your wait time.

payment plans available?
Payment
plans will be negotiated once the client's financial profile
has been completed.
Options:
Payment plan options consist of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly
payments for the total of court costs and fines.
GOAL: To have
all court costs and fines paid in full within 90 days.

What
forms of payment do you accept?
Cash,
Money Order, Cashier Check, Visa (Credit or Debit) and Master Card
(Credit or Debit).
Quick collects from Western Union are also accepted.
Do
you take personal checks?
No.
Where
do I pay?
In
person, by mail or Misdemeanor 24 Hour Drop Box.
The
24 Hour Drop Box is located at the top of the steps to the
front entrance of the Frank Crowley Building on the RIGHT
side. Envelopes are available for money order or cashier
checks. Please do not place cash in drop box.
Payments can also be made anywhere Western Union Quick Collects are offered (will included a small fee).
Do
you send receipts?
Yes, only if you send a self addressed stamped envelope.
What is my case number?
Your case and cause number are the same thing and can be found on the payment plan information or you can call into the Collections Office at (214) 653-2979 for the information.
