How can I receive a certified copy of a Probate or Letters?
By appearing in person or request may be made through the mail with the proper fee. The turn around time through the mail is approximately 3 to 5 days.
What is required to file a Probate?
The clerk's office does not provide forms for filing. It is suggested that you seek legal advice before filing a Probate. |
