Mark Carroll

Mr. Carroll has practiced law for 29 years.  He is a member of the Board representing attorneys who do not act as a mediator.  Mr. Carroll graduated from the University of Texas in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors.  He also obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from South Texas College of Law in 1983.  Mr. Carroll is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law.  He has been a member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1991 and College of the State Bar of Texas since 1992.
