Building on his two decades’ experience in Dallas County, David plans, organizes and directs the administration and operations of the Criminal section of the District Clerk’s office. He develops and implements procedures for the Criminal department in accordance with applicable statutes and policies. In addition to the two clerks provided to support each Criminal District Court, David manages employees in the Lew Sterrett magistrate court, process, bond forfeiture, the award-winning felony collections section and other areas within the District Clerk’s office Criminal operations.

With over 25 years of experience in the District Clerk’s office, Anne oversees operations of the Criminal Courts, Criminal Process and The Magistrate Court in Lew Sterrett. A broad range of experience in the clerk’s office enables her to be a key problem solver and effective administrator, providing support and leadership for the Criminal Section Supervisors.
