You have accessed the STD/HIV Program Website. The program provides comprehensive STD cares for the Dallas County community. The clinic serves over 20,000 clients annually. This is an integrated program combining STD clinical services, HIV Testing & Counseling, HIV Early Intervention, Partner Services, and HIV/AIDS Surveillance.

Objective

The STD/HIV clinic plays a key role in the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases within the community. The primary goal of the clinic is to provide early identification of disease, rapid testing and treatment, and timely partner referral. The overall result is a decrease in disease transmission and complications.
