Process Fees
FILING FEE ONLY - (SERVICE FEES MUST BE ADDED) $46.00
SERVICE FEE for EACH DEFENDANT to be EVICTED $75.00 each
FILING AND SERVICE ON ONE DEFENDANT to be EVICTED $ 121.00
IMMEDIATE POSSESSION BOND
(May be surety bond, which requires no money - form available)
No service fee if filed with eviction suit, otherwise add service fees		 $ 1,000.00
SUBPOENA SERVICE FEE for each witness residing in Dallas County.
WITNESS FEE, a “tender” (ten dollars in cash) to attach to each subpoena.
IF SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM - Witness fee (ten dollars in cash), plus Production of Documents fee (one dollar in cash) to attach to each Subpoena		 $75.00 each, add
