FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: (Thursday, February 14, 2013)

AMERICAN AIRLINES

[Dallas, TX] – [COUNTY JUDGE CLAY JENKINS’ STATEMENTI am pleased American will remain headquartered in DFW and extend congratulations to the leaders, unions and boards of both companies for combining to create the world’s largest airline. I differed with the conventional wisdom and supported merger 10 months ago because this merger was the most viable option to save American Airlines and thousands of North Texas jobs. Today is a great day for North Texas, especially for the employees of American Airlines and their families!]
