[Dallas, TX] – [Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins will be holding a Press Conference today at 12:30pm to release tonight’s spray plan and impart information to citizens of cities to be sprayed and adjacent cities. Other information may also be released at that time. Aircraft must often fly over non-targeted areas to make precision drops over targeted areas – we will discuss the dynamics of the Aerial Spraying technology for non-participating cities to more fully understand that when they see a plane over their area it does not mean they are being sprayed.]
