The financial, administrative and engineering management activities of Public Works are consolidated into this new Division for efficiency and control of an expanding program. As we enter the final stages of the Road Bond Program, the Major Capital Improvement Program (MCIP) is growing in size and complexity and will eventually become the primary funding source for our department.

This Division brings to the Department Engineering Management activities including cost estimates, database management, engineering efficiencies, efficiencies in scheduling and total project control. Consolidation of administrative functions from the three divisions to P&EM Division will improve efficiency in these functions. This division is headed by , P.E.
