Convenience Fees are charged and collected by JPMorgan and are non-refundable:
ACH (eCheck) Fee = $0.00 each.
Credit Card Fee = 2.30% of amount charged.
Debit Card Fee = $3.95 per transaction.
WIRE TRANSFER
Please contact our Customer Care Center 214-653-7811 to notify us of your intent to provide ACH or Wire Transfer funds. We will need the property tax account and the amount you wish to be applied.
Note: Dallas County does not charge a fee for wire transfers; however, your financial institution may charge a fee by debiting the funds being wired or debiting your checking/savings account. If the funds are being debited, please increase the amount to include the wire transfer fee charged by your financial institution.
A $30.00 fee will be assessed on returned items (NSF, Stop Payment, and Closed Account). Returned items are collected by the Dallas County District Attorney.
