Welcome to the Dallas County Tax Office!  We are pleased to be able to offer you the ability to do business with our office online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  This is possible through a secure system provided by today’s most advanced technology.

You can also pay your residential property taxes or renew your vehicle registration.  In addition to this website, we have a Customer Care Center and an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.  The Customer Care Center can answer your questions and provide you with various documents with both property tax and motor vehicle concerns.  The IVR system can assist you with property tax documents.  You can contact the Customer Care Center at 214-653-7811 and the IVR system at 214-653-7824.
