I never received a tax statement; what should I do?
You can find out how much your current taxes are and make your payment by going to the Property Tax Application, requesting a statement by calling us at (214) 653-7811 during business hours, or by emailing your requests to or by entering your 17-digit account number into our Interactive Response System (IVR) at (214) 653-7824.
Why did my tax statement come to me instead of my mortgage company?
Either your mortgage company did not request the statement, or the request was received too late. Please contact your mortgage company for additional information.

Why hasn't my check cleared or how do I know if you've received my payment?
It takes a few days to process payments. If after 10 business days you check via the Property Tax Application and your payment still hasn't processed, we will research this if you call us at (214) 653-7811 during business hours, or fax us at (214) 653-7888 with your name, phone number, date and check number, and property address.

Are payment arrangements available?
Payment arrangement decisions are made on a case by case basis. Contact us via fax with your name, phone number, property address and request at (214) 653-7888 or call us during business hours at (214) 653-7811. If after July 1, contact the Law Firm of Linebarger, Goggan, Blair, & Sampson, LLP at (214) 880-0089. Under the law, penalties and interest continue to accrue during payment arrangements.
