How do I log into Oracle Fusion Application?

  • Go to www.dallascounty.org, then click the More button at the bottom of the page. Under the Employees menu, select the Employee Self-Service (ESS) Link OR
  • Click this link to log in directly to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (oraclecloud.com)
  • Click Company Single Sign-On (You will be automatically redirected to the SSO page
  • Enter your Dallas County login credentials (username & password) and click sign in

How do I access the Learning Catalog?

  • From the homepage, click Me, and under the Apps, find and click Learning
  • At the bottom page, click Search to explore the learning catalog OR
  • Enter your preferred class/course in the search space and click Search

How do I enroll in classes?

  • Click the class and then click Get Started
  • On the course page, click Enroll → Available offerings → Enroll/Join Waitlist

How can I view my learning certificates?

  • From the homepage, click Me, and under the Apps, find and click Learning
  • Click the All Completed Learning or Learning History tab
  • Scroll through the completed class and click your preferred learning
  • Click Actions at the top right and click Print Certificate
