The Dallas County Assist Line is for members of the public with disabilities and medical condition. Dallas County recommends that members of the public call ahead about what to expect during the screening process.
Members of the public may call the Dallas County Security Department at 214-653-7000 prior to arriving with questions about screening policies, procedures, and what to expect at the security checkpoint. Dallas County Assist will serve as an additional, resource specifically for members of the public with disabilities, medical conditions, or other circumstances or their loved ones who want to prepare for the screening process.
