Old Red Courthouse
Renovations to Old Red Courthouse include additions such as the Museum of Dallas County History, the Visitors Bureau, gift shop, conference rooms, a Children’s Learning Center, and one oversized courtroom (the Hatton W. Sumner’s Courtroom) for use by the Dallas County Courts. |

Lew Sterrett – South
The South Tower will replace the Suzanne L. Kays facility currently located on Riverfront Boulevard. The Kays facility, which was converted from a former warehouse into a 1,008-bed medium security jail, was opened by Dallas County in 1994. |

Garland Government Center
The renovated Kroger building on Garland Ave is a purchase/exchange project that now houses a Tax Office, Justice of the Peace, Constable’s office, and Juvenile and Adult Probation offices. |

Forensic Science
The new Forensic Science building is being built on the county-owned property located at 2355 Stemmons Freeway, adjacent to the County’s Health & Human Services Building. |
