Volunteers are always needed for appointments, since vacancies occur during the period between the primary appointment time. Listed below is information concerning the roles and functions of the various County boards and commissions, together with the names, meeting times, and other facts.
If you are interested in serving Dallas County as a member of one of these groups, send information concerning your desire to serve and a brief statement of qualifications and experience to your County Commissioner and/or the County Judge.
