Facilities Management is the pulse of Dallas County. We manage an estimated 6.7 million square feet on a daily basis. We process over 200,000 work orders annually with a staff of 164 people including technicians, administration, and management. Our department is also responsible for minor construction projects and janitorial contract oversight. We operate 24/7.
