Truancy Court Mission

To provide a timely and consistent response to address truancy issues within Dallas County.  The Court focuses on identifying meaningful services that will address and correct truant behavior.  Each year, the court evaluates operations, outcomes, and procedures in an effort to continue to meet the needs of the community.  Our effort to improve the community is often a collaborative effort with our Service Providers.  Each year, the Dallas County Truancy Court accepts applications from community service providers that allow them to provide services to the students and families that are referred to the court.  Our service providers work closely with the student and their family to address any issues that may have been identified by the court.

The entire Truancy Court staff is excited to celebrate the accomplishments of these students.  We hope NEXT LEVEL develops into something big that future graduates can be proud of and look forward to.
