If you do not have Dallas County PPO or HDP you will not be able to participate in the biometric screenings. Only one screening per calendar year.
UHC members must present UHC Medical ID card onsite.

Parking:

Parking for the Health Fair will be available in the George Allen Garage at a discounted rate.
Employees must have their parking ticket validated at the Health Fair to receive the discounted rate.
