The winning bidder must have cash or cashier\u2019s check made out to the Dallas County Sheriff\u2019s Office and must provide a current bidder certificate to the deputy at the time of the sale. If payment is unavailable immediately, the property will be immediately resold. A deed fee of $30.00 will also be added to the final bid for processing the property\u2019s deed. All sales are final, so please do your research on the properties prior to bidding.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Dallas County Sheriff Official Sale is a public auction <\/strong>in which property that has been placed under an Order of Sale is sold. The tax sale will be held online, through Real Auction, on the first Tuesday of every month beginning at 9 a.m. CST. Payments are received by wire transfer only. The wire transfer information can be viewed on the Real Auction Website.
