\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>What Classes are included?<\/strong><br \/>\nAmong the many classes taught, students are instructed in patrol, field enforcement procedures, 9-1-1, criminal courts and jail procedures, felony warrant service, and criminal investigations. Instructors include deputies and civilian law enforcement personnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Citizens Academy Mission:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Dallas County sheriff&#8217;s goal is to educate citizens on the sheriff&#8217;s office operations through a series of lectures and hands-on activities.
