Watch the Oak Cliff Government Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Livestream

On December 14th, 2021 we celebrated the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Oak Cliff Government Center (702 E Jefferson Blvd. Dallas, TX 75203). The $33 million project includes a two-story, 43,000 square-foot, LEED-certified building and a three-story parking garage with 240 spaces. Commissioner Garcia appreciates all of the project leaders, contractors, and Dallas County taxpayers for their support to make this project a success. 

With the completion of the Oak Cliff Government Center, residents will now have accessibility to our Justice of the Peace, Truancy, Constable, and Tax offices to help service their requests.

The ceremony highlighted the facility's sustainability, safety, art, as well as challenges along the way. Some key speakers were Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, Judge Clay Jenkins, and Paul Rowsey with Ryan Companies.
