Orders:

Pursuant to Supreme Court Order 24-9030, dated May 28, 2024, court clerks no longer e-serve orders to attorneys and/or parties. re:SearchTX will send electronic notifications to the attorneys/parties once the order is available in the case management system. The only exception is with a sealed case and/or pro-se, the clerk will continue to send orders via the US Mail and/or through a secured email address.

Attorneys/Parties of record that have registered with re:SearchTX will receive free case alerts when there is new activity on their case.
