District Clerk Online Payment of Special Costs or Fees

Please be sure you have received a statement or invoice from the District Clerk's office prior to making your payment. Please "log off" completely at the end of your transaction! Failure to do so may allow another user to access your personal information.

Section 132.002 of the Texas Local Government Code authorizes the commissioners court of a county to assess a service fee in connection with electronic transactions. Our service provider, JPMorgan, charges a non-refundable convenience fee which will be added to your payment amount for each transaction.

Fees are assessed as follows:

1. Credit Card Fee = 2.15% of amount charged (minimum of $2.95).
2. Debit Card Fee = $2.95 per transaction.
