THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 22.02 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $29.08.

Dallas County Ryan White Grants Management Division Home

  • The Ryan White HIV/AIDS program provides medical and social support services for individuals living with HIV who do not have adequate health care coverage or financial resources.

  • Dallas County Health and Human Services is the designated Administrative Agency for the Dallas Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA)/HIV Service Delivery Area (HSDA) and the Sherman-Denison HSDA.

  • The Dallas EMA covers eight counties including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman, and Rockwall. The Dallas HSDA covers eight counties including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall.

  • The Sherman-Denison HSDA covers three counties including Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson.

  • The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) funds the Dallas County Health and Human Services Ryan White program through federal and state grants.
