Trustee Postings and Sales
In reference to Court Order 2009-0463 all Foreclosure Postings and Sales will take place on the North Side of the George Allen Courts Building Facing Commerce Street below the overhang, or as designated by the County Commissioners.
Texas is a non-judicial foreclosure state. Default is defined in the Deed of Trust (Mortgage) and/or Promissory Note. When a debt is defaulted a Substitute Trustee's sale will take place in the manner authorized by the Deed of Trust/Promissory Note.

Foreclosure FAQ'S
A Notice of Substitute Trustee Sale is what's commonly referred to as a Foreclosure Sale Notice.
The sale is held the first Tuesday of every month. The time(s) of the sales are indicated on each notice.
The Sale(s) takes place on the North Side of the George Allen Courts Building facing 600 Commerce Street Below the overhang, or as designated by the County Commissioners.
Mortgage Foreclosures: or trustee acting on behalf of the lender.
Notices of all properties to be sold are posted on the County Clerk's the web site. Notices are also posted in the lobby of the George Allen Courts Building 600 Commerce Street.
All Notice of Sales must be posted 21 days prior to the sale (21 days before the first Tuesday of each month).
The County Clerk's Office does not produce a list. The notices are posted in the County Clerk's Office or in the lobby of the George Allen Courts Building for public viewing. Copies of individual notices may be purchased from the County Clerk's Office for a fee of $1.00 per page. Copies can also be view by visiting the County Clerk's web site.
The County Clerk's personnel do not conduct the sale or have any information about the specifics of the sale. The sale is conducted by the trustee's on behalf of the lenders. It is illegal for the County Clerk's personnel to give opinions or legal advice.
The County Clerk's personnel do not have any information on the requirements to purchase a property. The trustees conducting the sale can provided that information to interested parties.
The County Clerk's personnel do not have any information pertaining to the sale of the properties. Contact your lender if you think your property has been posted in error. The lender is the only party that will have that information.

Each Notice of Sale posted on the County Clerk's web site is searchable by name or physical address.
