The 4.8-mile Good Link Trail connects two major City of Grand Prairie athletic facilities (Mike Lewis Park and C.P. Waggoner Park) with a hard surface trail, boardwalks, and an impressive 270-foot bridge across Johnson Creek.

Located where State Highway 161 and N. Carrier Parkway intersect, the trail was funded by TxDOT to compensate for a portion of Waggoner Park that had to be used for the construction of State Highway 161.
