The East Dallas Government Center, formerly located at 3443 St. Francis Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75228, has officially relocated to a new, state-of-the-art facility.

The former facility at 3443 St. Francis Avenue is now closed. We are excited to welcome residents, visitors, and employees to our new location, designed to provide an improved and more modern environment for serving the East Dallas community.

DALLAS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 22.02 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $29.08.

Current Role & Responsibilities

Frank Douglas is a Felony Supervisor in the Trial Division, supervising a team of felony trial lawyers in various courts. 

Education and Professional Background

He received a JD from Texas Wesleyan School of Law and is Board Certified in Criminal Law. 

Values and Motivation

He believes that everyone is entitled to present a defense, enjoys the problem-solving that comes with criminal law, and is most proud of the fact that he has never intentionally prosecuted a criminal case.
