Attorneys in this group represent clients in Dallas County’s Mental Health Court—Probate Court #3. These clients have been deemed to be a danger to themselves or others and are taken into custody for treatment. Our attorneys visit with their clients at 16 hospitals in North Texas and represent them at probable cause and forced medication hearings, as well as at civil commitment trials and appeals.
