Pay District Clerk Civil/Family/Juvenile/Tax

This online payment center is designed to make payments of fees, fines and other county services fast, secure, convenient and easy to use.

Before you begin...

• It takes 3-Days to process all online payments.
• If your Protective Order cases are not in the system to contact the District Clerk’s office and to call during normal business hours 8-4pm M-F. Cases being manually entered into the system so credit card payments can be made will have a 24-hour turnaround time frame and the defendant will be notified when credit card payment can be completed.
• In order to pay court fees, you MUST have your case number. This can be found in the upper right hand corner of your payment letter.

• If you cannot find your payment letter, call one of the following District Clerk Offices and ask for your case number. You may then return to this page and continue:

Fees are assessed as follows:

1. Pin debit card transactions will be assessed a $2.85 convenience fee

2. Credit/ Pinless debit card transactions will be assessed a 2.05% convenience fee (minimum of $2.85 per payment)
