In the interest of public health, we have provided the following alternative options in lieu of face-to-face transactions in the Dallas County Tax Office.

We are pleased to offer you the ability to do business with our office online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is possible through a secure system provided by today’s most advanced technology.
You can pay your property taxes via the Dallas County Tax Office website or renew your vehicle registration via the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles website. In addition, our Customer Care Center can answer your questions and provide you with various documents for both property tax and motor vehicle concerns. Contact the Customer Care Center at 214-653-7811, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
