SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Low-interest federal disaster loans are available to Texas businesses and residents affected by the Sable Ridge Condominium Complex Fire that occurred on Dec. 4, 2019, announced acting Administrator Christopher M. Pilkerton of the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBA acted under its own authority to declare a disaster in response to a request SBA received from Gov. Greg Abbott on Dec. 20, 2019.

The deadline to apply for property damage is March 2, 2020. The deadline to apply for economic injury is Oct. 1, 2020.
