DALLAS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 22.02 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $29.08.

Under Federal law, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has promulgated regulations for the EB-5 program. These rules provide that an investment of $500,000 can be considered eligible for the EB-5 program in certain high unemployment areas. 

Please note that the USCIS has the final authority to determine the eligibility of any TEA investment.
