Mission Statement
The mission of the Dallas County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, a dynamic and diverse organization is to promote high standards of integrity and professionalism. As the chief process server to the Justice Court, we execute both civil and criminal processes issued by local and other jurisdictions in a fair and impartial manner.
Goals:
- To provide community support directed towards assisting the public with education and awareness
- To preserve the peace and dignity of our community
- To promote the recognition and value of the Constables and the services they provide.
- To set the standard for leading, guiding and mentoring our youth to become productive citizens.
