The Dallas Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA)/Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA) Part A/B Internal CQM Committee (ICC) is the mechanism used to assure participation and buy-in for EMA/HSDA quality activities across the AA. The Part B Liaison allows for direct interaction and cross-part collaboration through CQM. The committee meets monthly and is made up of representatives from each department of the Administrative Agency (Assistant Director, Fiscal, Program, Data, and CQM), Part B Liaison, and End the Epidemic Coordinator (EHE).
