The Employee Relations team actively assists employees and their supervisors to ensure a respectful, positive, and productive work environment.
The ER team will provide guidance and consultation to employees, supervisors, and managers on a broad range of employee issues:
- Personnel policies and procedures
- Employee rights and privileges
- Job performance issues
- Workplace conflict and problem resolution
- The disciplinary process
- The grievance process
