At our office and across multiple sites in Dallas County we use cutting edge aeroponic towers to bring fresh, healthy food directly to our communities. These towers represent a space-saving approach to urban gardening that doesn't require traditional farmland. The aeroponic towers allow us to grow a variety of fruits, vegetables and leafy greens using a soil-free system that delivers nutrient rich water directly to the plant roots.

Each tower is equipped with grow lights to support photosynthesis, making them fantastic options for growing food indoors year-round, which is a major advantage in urban areas with limited outdoor space. Not only do aeroponics towers use up to 90% less water than conventional gardening, but they also take up far less room, making them perfect for classrooms, offices and even small apartment balconies.

These towers can be used outdoors, offering flexibility for growers who want to take advantage of natural sunlight. Whether they are outdoors or indoors, these aeroponic towers help Dallas County extension teach communities and youth about science, sustainability and nutrition while providing nutrient rich foods where they are needed most.
