About the Program:

The Dallas County Healthy Start Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of women, infants, and families in our community. Serving select zip codes across Dallas County, we offer free educational classes on topics like nutrition, prenatal care, infant development, and healthy living, as well as personalized care coordination for pregnant individuals, new mothers, and babies up to 18 months old. Through home visits, in-office appointments, and community workshops, our team provides the knowledge, resources, and support families need for a healthy pregnancy, confident parenting, and a strong start in life.
