Veteran Financial Assistance
Texas VFW Veterans Assistance Program – which is sponsored through Texas VFW Foundation. Please make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria for this program. After you have completed the application and have all of the REQUIRED additional documents, you may contact any of the organizations listed on page 6 to sign off on this application. It is imperative that you have the necessary supporting documents. If you would like our office to fill out page 6 of your application please call in advance to schedule an appointment.
Please mail or fax your application, along with supporting documents to the address or fax # listed on the documents. Once your application has been submitted, please do not contact our office for status of application or mail / fax your application back to our office. Any applications returned to our address will be disposed of. You must contact the organization(s) for any additional correspondece.

We strongly advise applicants to consult with the County Veterans Services Office prior to submitting all documents to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Assistance is available to all who are shut-in and require help in completing applications and acquiring supporting documents. This may help to reduce delays in receiving benefits or preventing the denial of benefits.
