County Court at law No. 2 now using Zoom for all their hearings/bench trials/conferences. Zoom links are easily accessible below.

Instructions for Joining Remote Proceedings: 

This Zoom link will be used for all hearings as an open format. For your Meeting ID please type the cause/case number, along with your name. If your client and witnesses (if any) will not be present with you or at your firm, please be sure they have a working electronic device with both webcam and audio in which they have tested well in advance of the hearing.

Upon clicking or entering Meeting ID, you will be placed in the waiting room and automatically be muted. Other court proceedings will be in session when joining, so please leave your device muted until Judge has called your case and admits you to the main meeting to begin your proceeding. All participants are instructed that no video or audio recording is permitted. All documents to be considered by the Court at the hearing should be submitted via email referencing the Cause # to Robin Washington at Robin.Washington@dallascounty.org, no less than 48 hours prior to the hearing if not already e-filed. Failure to timely submit documents in advance may result in the hearing being cancelled unless prior Court approval is obtained.
