The East Dallas Government Center, formerly located at 3443 St. Francis Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75228, has officially relocated to a new, state-of-the-art facility.

The former facility at 3443 St. Francis Avenue is now closed. We are excited to welcome residents, visitors, and employees to our new location, designed to provide an improved and more modern environment for serving the East Dallas community.

DALLAS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 22.02 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $29.08.

Local Rule Electronic Filing
Effective March 1, 2025

Effective March 1, 2025, Justice Court Precinct One Place One will implement MANDATORY E-FILINGS of ALL cases. All court filings MUST be sent to the Court via E-File Texas.
Paper case filings will no longer be accepted after February 28, 2025.
