Effective March 1, 2025, Justice Court Precinct 1 Place 1, will implement MANDATORY electronic filing for ALL cases. All court filings MUST be sent to the Court via E-File Texas

Documents Exempt from Electronic Filing Writ of Possessions, Immediate Possession Bonds, Statement of Inability to Pay Appeal Bond, and Appeals MUST be filed in person.
